Poco a poco vamos conociendo más detalles del nuevo Guitar Hero Live 2015, que saldrá a la venta en otoño de este año para Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii U y en versión móvil (aún sin confirmar qué sistemas operativo serán compatibles). Aparte de nuevos añadidos, como la posibilidad de tocar dentro de videoclips de determinados artistas, o de un nuevo mando/guitarra, se han anunciado las primeras 24 canciones incluidas en el repertorio (Actualización 20 de mayo con 10 nuevas canciones).
