La tercera y nueva temporada de New Amsterdam se estrena ahora en FOX en España y en ella veremos a los doctores Max (Ryan Eggold), Lauren (Janet Montgomery), Helen (Freema Agyeman) y compañía lidiar con una pandemia global, por lo que la trama está más pegada a la actualidad que nunca.

La música está muy presente en todos los capítulos de las tres temporadas de New Amsterdam. Predominan las canciones funk y tranquilas/acústicas, con artistas como James Brown, Aretha Franklin o José González como algunos destacados. También escuchamos a Beyoncé, Frank Sinatra, Yo La Tengo, Mazzy Star y hasta deadmau5.
La banda sonora original de la serie ha sido compuesta por Craig Wedren, conocido por su trabajo en la película School of Rock (2003).
